I finished Evan's sweater! Photos coming soon of him wearing it. I'm trying to take some for holiday photos this week - before it gets stained and raggedy!

This is my second time knitting Wendy Bernard's
Drive Thru, one of the best kids' sweater patterns I've seen: easy, well-written and fast. It's knit from the bottom up, then the sleeves are knit and attached to the body at the armpits, then all joined together and knit up to the neck. I knit size 4T (sizes are unisex) in
Berroco Comfort, using 2 skeins for MC #9716 and partial skeins each of #9761, #9703 and #9748 for the CC.
Here are several Berroco Comfort color combinations I love. The first color is the MC and the 3 others in the row are the CC colors for the "faux isle" striping.

If you purchase at least 5 skeins of Berroco Comfort or any other yarn to make this pattern, I will give you this sweater pattern for free.* Just ask for it in the checkout notes. Valid through 9/15/09. Also, free shipping on orders of $100+!
*Note: I will pay the designer the cost of the pattern so she still receives her royalties from its use. It's on me if you buy the yarn.
